Return and Refund Policy

Avalon Antiques & Treasures Return and Refund Policy

At Avalon Antiques & Treasures, we specialize in antique toys, cast-iron banks, vintage collectibles, and other unique, one-of-a-kind items. Due to the age, rarity, and collectible nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect assumptions regarding age, condition, size, or value

  • Normal wear consistent with antique or vintage items

  • Differences in collector opinions regarding authenticity, rarity, or condition

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, measurements, and descriptions before making a purchase.

No Refunds

All items are sold AS IS and AS DESCRIBED. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or if we mistakenly shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with any claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

  • A description of the issue

We will review the information and work with the shipping carrier, when applicable, to determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Damage Claims

Customers must retain all original packaging materials for shipping damage claims. Failure to retain packaging may affect the outcome of a claim filed with the carrier.

Item Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all items. However, antique and collectible items often show signs of age, wear, restoration, repairs, paint loss, patina, or manufacturing variations. Such characteristics are considered part of the item's history and are not grounds for a return or refund.
